Lucky Bags are filled at random, so there’s no way to know what your bag will include—it’s a surprise! Rest assured:
- All Original Lucky Bags will include $150 or more of products.
- All XL Lucky Bags will include $300+ worth of products.
Wayne Goss Lucky Bags will include an assortment of mostly brushes, with some makeup included as well.
Original and Lucky Bag XL are filled at random with products from various brands on Beautylish. Every Lucky Bag is a surprise—that’s part of the fun!
Wayne Goss Lucky Bags are filled with Wayne Goss products only (including brushes).
Jeffree Star Cosmetics Lucky Bags are filled with Jeffree Star Cosmetics products only (does not include fashion accessories).
No. Original Lucky Bag and Lucky Bag XL will not include Jeffree Star Cosmetics products.
No, the Jeffree Star Cosmetics Lucky Bag is different from the Mystery Box offered on the Jeffree Star Cosmetics website. The Jeffree Star Cosmetics Lucky Bag will not include any fashion accessories.
Lucky Bags are filled at random (it’s part of the fun!), so we can’t guarantee the contents of your bag. However, we try our best to make sure Fair-Medium Lucky Bags contain products that complement fair to medium skin and Dark-Deep Lucky Bags contain products that are better suited for deeper skin tones. We don’t include foundation or concealer in Lucky Bags.
No, there aren’t skin tone options for the Lucky Bag XL or Wayne Goss Lucky Bag XL.
You can select a skin tone option for the Original Lucky Bag and Get One Give One Lucky Bag.
We ship Lucky Bags to all [regions listed here, except for Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, India, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, Nigeria, Peru, Philippines, South Africa, Spain, Sri Lanka, and Thailand.
Please note that Lucky Bag XL, Wayne Goss Lucky Bag XL, and the Get One, Give One Lucky Bag are only available in the United States.
No. Your Lucky Bag will only contain products that are eligible to ship to your location. Our normal international shipping restrictions apply.
We charge a flat-rate shipping fee for Lucky Bag, Lucky Bag XL, Wayne Goss Lucky Bag XL, and Jeffree Star Cosmetics Lucky Bag. This allows us to include more products in each Lucky Bag, while keeping the price below retail value. The shipping fee varies by destination and is non-refundable. All shipping fees are charged in USD or local currency equivalent.
- United States: $15 for original Lucky Bag; $20 for Lucky Bag XL.
- Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, New Zealand, United Kingdom; $25.
- Everywhere else*: $30.
- Shipping is free for all Get One, Give One Lucky Bags.
*Lucky Bags are currently unavailable in Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, India, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, Nigeria, Peru, Philippines, South Africa, Spain, Sri Lanka, and Thailand.
No. Lucky Bags cannot be purchased with COD (cash on delivery).
A signature may be required for Lucky Bag XL deliveries.
Lucky Bags will ship on or before January 15, 2026. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order ships. Order arrival times vary by destination.
The estimated date of delivery will be displayed during checkout, but your order’s arrival varies by destination. The delivery estimate is not guaranteed. We ship via economy service to keep costs low and include more products in your Lucky Bag. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause further delays.
Any applicable sales tax will be calculated and charged at checkout.
Due to shipping restrictions, the Lucky Bag XL and Wayne Goss Lucky Bag XL are only available within the United States.
You will be charged duties and tax at checkout, based on the subtotal of your Lucky Bag.
You can purchase one Lucky Bag every year. Please note that we limit one Lucky Bag per order, customer, shipping address, and payment method.
Your payment method will be charged in full at checkout.
Sorry, Lucky Bags are not eligible for Flexible Payments at this time.
Yes. If you have store credit, it will automatically apply to the total of your Lucky Bag order (including any applicable shipping fees, taxes, and/or duties). The store credit amount to be applied will show on the order checkout page. You can choose a payment method for any remaining balance.
Yes. Afterpay is only available to eligible customers in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the UK, and the United States. If you’re eligible to pay with Afterpay, you’ll see it as a payment method option at checkout. Note: Afterpay is not available for orders placed through the Beautylish Launch Club app.
Yes. Sezzle is only available to eligible customers in Canada and the United States. If you’re eligible to pay with Sezzle, you’ll see it as a payment method option at checkout. Sezzle is not available for orders placed through the Beautylish Launch Club app.
Yes, as long as no payments are past due. If you have a past-due payment on an open Flexible Payments order, you will not be able to order a Lucky Bag until your balance has been paid.
Sorry to hear you changed your mind! You can cancel Lucky Bags for a refund up until the order has shipped. Please contact our Customer Service team immediately at service@beautylish.com or 1-877-992-5474.
Once shipped, Lucky Bags are final sale, non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
No, all Lucky Bag sales are final. They aren’t eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
No. The Beautylish Lucky Bag is a pre-order item and must be purchased on its own. Please place a separate order for any other items you need.
Sorry, Lucky Bags aren’t available on our iOS app. Please use Beautylish.com or download our Launch Club app to get your Lucky Bag.
Yes, but you must first redeem the qualifying points to store credit on your Beautylish account before placing the order.
First, log in to your Beautylish account using an internet browser.
Then, from Your Account page, select Beautylish Rewards and redeem the qualifying amount to store credit. You will then see the store credit on the order checkout page when placing your Lucky Bag order. We recommend doing this in advance of the Lucky Bag Event, so the store credit is available to use right away.
Yes! You will earn Reward points for the purchase price of the Lucky Bag (excluding any sales tax and/or shipping fee).
