Cheap & Does The Job!

In short, I adore this liquid liner. I love the packaging, I love the price ($2.99?! Yes please!), and I love how long lasting it is. It isn't waterproof but Wet N Wild does make a waterproof version of this liner, if you're interested. What I don't like about this liner is the brush. I think because it is such an inexpensive product, they didn't spend much time designing the brush. It's similar to a paintbrush which will allow you to make a thin or thick line. Unfortunately it's quite challenging to create a wing with it. The brush doesn't thin out to a point very well. I do love how black the liner is and how buildable it is. I do recommend this liner but keep in mind that it is hard to make a wing with it. With practice, it will come easier and in my opinion that justifies me continuing to purchase it. (This is my second one!)

Better used as a face highlight than as an all over lid color

This is a very recent purchase yet I've found a somewhat different use for it.

The eye pencils are obviously meant to go on your eyes yet I've found that I like to use this pencil as a face highlighter instead. It goes on smoother than powder highlighter and you can blend it in as much or as little as you would like.

I tried it once on my eyelids and was not very pleased because it looked weird blended out.

Overall, this pencil works better as a face highlighter (or inner corner highlighter) than an all over lid color, in my opinion.

You do have to use a special sharpener to sharpen the pencil but those are usually not hard to find. (Mine is from NYX.)

Product: 7/10 - only because I didn't like the way it looked on my eyelid Pigmentation: 10/10 Wear Time: 10/10 Application: 4/5 - you do have to blend it in! Packaging: 3/5 - since you have to sharpen it, it's not my favorite type of packaging
