I own a black large, pro and small z-palette. They are surprisingly sturdy. I was first put off by the cardboard but it's very much like the sturdy cardboard of pre-filled palettes. I don't have to worry about cardboard cracking. I just expect some wear at the corners and my makeup not to be damaged. The magnet is strong and each came with sticker magnets to attach to pans that aren't magnetized (MAC). I like that the top is clear so I can see what I have in each. The plastic of the lid feels thick and just flexible enough to prevent cracking but not pressing into the makeup. I use the small palette for my purse and pull pans from the larger ones. I'm very happy with this customizable system. I'm an amateur MUA and I like how these palettes are universal and allow me to organize all my makeup for my case. I ordered directly from the site. The shipping was very fast. I got an email with tracking info the morning it was shipped. Just a great overall experience. I do feel these might be overpriced but they are unique. There are other palettes out there but they are not as spacious but sleek and universal.
I have a large Leopard print Z palette...I really like it because it keeps all my mac pan shadows in place. It's great for traveling since you can add/remove pans from it very easily. the only thing I don't like is the clear plastic on the front is not strong so if you place something over top of it, it can ruin your shadows. besides that I would definitely recommend buying it.
I use small, large and pro Z Palettes. The small is great for everyday use in my bag, and I like to save place and see every colour without opening them. Really strong magnet, and I like that they come with metal stickers. (However I use them with refill pots, didn't try depotting yet.) The paper covering can be disappointing ("looking cheap"), but I like the idea using eco-friendly, recycled materials. Five stars!
I own a large lilac z-palette which i keep at home and my new small leopard one in my bag .The magnet and the cardboard are exceptionally strong .The clear plastic on the front could be made a bit stronger on the big palette b/c it cannot withhold weight on top of it.
I have he smallest Z palette in leopard and it was my first one I've ever gotten and I have to say it fits more eyshadows than I thought. It holds 15 of my ABH single shadows in there. I love this for travel!
Love it! Super cute, durable, sleek design, not bulky idk what else I can say about it, it's great. I bought this to store two of my inglot contour powders and they fit perfectly!
I only own one, small sized Z palette, and I can say that I love it! It is made out of cardboard, which I was skeptical about at first, but it's actually very, very, sturdy. More so than some other, more expensive palette packaging from other brands! The only thing I don't like, is that I also ordered some of the empty pans that the website sells. And they are TINY! Like, so tiny, that using a dime to press eyeshadows is a TIGHT fit. But in a way, this lets me keep some of the shadow I'm pressing in loose form, in case I like it that way better! I won't really mind having to re-press colors once I use them up.
It very covience to make my own platte ,I make a eyeshadow, brow together,my blush is too huge，I want to make all in a platte, maybe l should buy medium platte
I have the old MAC palette that you can customize with different shadows but it's falling apart. I got the small Z palette to try and I love it! Perfect size and I've got six MAC shadows in it. I'll probably buy the larger one at some point but I like having something portable.
It only holds a few shades, but it's perfect for holding the sample pots I get. Plus, it looks great in my collection!
