beautiful product, feels silky smooth on fingertip, blends beautifully on skin, beautiful neutral undertone for the crease color. I use the darker colors on my brows as well and they don't look red or plum, but just perfect brown and blends into my natural coloring

Best eyeshadow ever used, easy to apply and blend. The glitter is gorgeous easy to apply drop dead gorgeous. Very soft feeling and compact great for traveling
Gorgeous palette - Effortless blend
This is a stunning neutral palette. The mattes blend and build effortlessly. They look so smooth on the eyes, and don't accentuate the texture on my lids. The celestial shade is stunning! I think I will wear this palette for my sister-in-law's wedding ceremony!
LOVE except what’s up with packaging??
I absolutely love this palette. Most eyeshadows lean warm and they end up looking super orange on my neutral skin tone. These colors work beautifully on my eyes and they STAY neutral!! I’m knocking 2 stars off because I think I got a defective palette - I can’t freaking open it!! It’s nearly impossible!! I need to use a tool to open it every time and even with a tool it’s very difficult. Can’t use it traveling either now. This is my reason for the big knock off the rating.
Missed the mark for me
The Quartz palette is ok, it seems like the formula is a bit drier so it takes a lot to pack on. I don't hate it, it's not bad enough to return, but I wish the formula was softer.
This may be the one!
This may be the one! I own way too many eyeshadow palettes, but this one became my absolute favorite upon first use. I am mature skinned and this formula blends beautifully and the colors are gorgeous. Just an all around wonderful neutral palette. Well done, Wayne!
The best of the best
I don't often leave product reviews, but for this palette, I had to. I have been searching for a cool-toned eyeshadow palette for months now. Money is no object--I just needed the right one.
The last amazing cool toned palette I bought and loved was the Chanel Enigma palette about ten years ago. When it got discontinued, I bought another one. That one won't last forever.
When I saw the Smoky Quartz launch, I didn't hesitate to purchase. This is my first Wayne Goss makeup purchase; I have a few of his brushes already. I also purchased the kohl liners in blue and grey shades.
This palette has quickly become my #1. I have many many palettes from Tom Ford, Chanel, Chantecaille, Charlotte Tilbury, and more--even the new TF cream palette with the same name as this one. This is the best one. Every color is great. There is so much product - amazing value! The quality is fantastic. I am very fussy and don't like anything to skip, drag or be patchy on my eyes.
I have been able to achieve multiple looks from natural to very smoky sensual. I used Michele Wang's technique of running a smudger brush over the grey kohl and blending that along the upper lash line. Also, I used Chantecaille's liner in Slate along the lower lashline and water line. The look is magic and I will replicate it over and over again.
The only thing I have left to do is to purchase Wayne's other palettes, starting with Pearl Moonstone. Thank you for this ultimate palette, Wayne! This will become a cult classic like the Surratt palette.
Absolutely love it
I love this palette as I do all of Wayne’s items. I own them all! However-Why are they so difficult to open? Am I missing something? I’m a 70 year old with arthritis in my hands and have one hard time opening each case. Wayne- can you do something about the case!
