Wayne Goss: The Best Selling Colors
Reviews
love it!
Love Wayne Goss and this palette doesn't disappoint. Huge pans, but would have loved it if he didn't waste one of the shades with black as we all have enough.
This one made me Gasp
The first thing that caught my eye? Those pan sizes make me feel like I’m getting my money's worth. Love the formula. The mirror is actually functional - I can see my whole face without doing that awkward moving around. I reach for it daily because it just works, whether I'm doing a quick 5-minute face or taking my time for date night.
Not what I expected..
after using this a few times now I can safely determine that I am wildly disappointed I spent money on this. The color pay off isn't there at all. I honestly have gotten better results using a cheap drug store brand. While I got this on sale (and got another as well) I am mad I even spent the sale price on this. I can not by any means recommend this product at all. I tried using primer and without and both ways resulted in total disappointment. I wish I could get my money back for this. Not what you would expect from a brand that charges this much. I was thinking this was a top brand for makeup and I will never try this brand again.
its okay
I had high hopes for this palette given the brand. Since it was on sale, I decided to try it out and I have to say I am disappointed. It's much smaller than I thought it would be and the formula isn't any better than other brands I have used. While the pans are fair size, for the price I was expecting a formula I had never come across before. For the same quality formula, my go to brand offers way more shades, and is cheaper. While it certainly is a good formula, you can find the same quality for way cheaper.
practical palette for full-face. NOT travel size
i bought this on black friday thinking it was travel size. I did not look at measurements - oops. anyway, it's the same size as the Viseart matte that I got two black fridays prior, and is therefore not a great stand-in for it in my travel bag, but it is great for a different reason: the shimmer and the taupe shades are exceptional highlight/bronzer/contour shades as well.
i'm 35 and have pretty good skin, no eyelid laxity, no fine lines, so all eyeshadows perform fine on me, but I still appreciate the delicacy and impact of this palette. Not worth it for $50 imo but a steal at $25. i hope to use it for decades :)
Such gorgeous palette
What a pleasure to use! I have zero skills in makeup and usually use very little, but I like to put a wash of colour on my eyes and this palette is so easy to use, and with a good size mirror. My oily eyelids eat up any colour i apply, but these actually last (very pleasing to get to the end of the day and see that there is still colour). Have two other WG palettes (amber and smoky quartz) and if Wayne launches more, I'll probably buy them as well
LOVE!!
I have about 100 eyeshadow palettes, mostly midrange to high end. I received imperial topaz in a lucky bag and it’s by far, one of my faves in my collection! I wear this almost ever day to go to work, along with viseart neautral matte (on my everyday rotation)
The pans are huge and super easy to use! If you don’t wear a lot of makeup and just want one eyeshadow palette, this definitely worth investing!
