Sturdy. Stackable. See-through. When it's time to de-pot and condense, it's time to get some Vueset cases! A must for pro artists, these palettes will cut your packaging problems in half right before your very eyes.
The best part about these little boxes of joy are the fact that they have spawned a craze amongst makeup artists as being microwaveable. If you've ever gone through the hassle of melting down your products in a separate container, you'll know why this feature is so epic! Simply scoop the product into the section, nuke it on a low temp setting for a few seconds while keeping close watch, and remove it to cool.
What's more, they stack neatly and won't slide all over the place in your kit, and they're totally clear so you can see which palette you're reaching for!
Dimensions: 4.5in (wide) x 4in (deep) x 1.25in (high)

12 of my Make Up For Ever Ultra HD Foundation Sticks in the palm of my hand!
I hate the cap on the MUFE foundations and they would always pop open in my kit and get everywhere so I stopped using them, until I got this palette!
I twisted the foundation stick up, fit it in one of the slots (it fits perfectly) then cut it according to the depth of the palette. I still have leftover foundation left so I kept the sticks aside for when I need to fill up again. Popped them in the microwave and done! I now use these foundations again.
I have a massive collection of tube lipstick my husband started to notice. I'd read about these cases online and purchased several. Using the Viking Jack I depoted my lipsticks by color, put them in the microwave on a very low setting for 10-15 sec at a time and bam! Done. Keep in mind different brands or colors with shimmer will have different consistency and shimmer will separate. Just stir while it cools. I put the container on a cool, wet wash cloth to help it set. I cleared out a 48 lipstick display and placed it all in 2 containers virtually the size of two credit cards. They also close very securely and they have edges that assist in stacking them. You need these in your life!
After collecting a rather daunting number of RCMA foundations in the 6 color format (large size, 6 well palettes in clear plastic packaging that doesn't stay shut- which they are in the process of fixing btw) rather than the jars with screw on lids, I really needed to find a more compact way (and airtight way) to store them.
I used a palette knife and kind of "whipped up" 12 custom colors of RCMA foundation on a metal palette and filled the wells with them. it took a little while since I was not just cutting the product and sticking it in the compartments, but I now have a fabulous 12 color compact in better packaging and really find the quality of this container to be very high. It is sturdy, lines up correctly unlike what my foundations came in, and is hard, dense plastic- which is another improvement.
I didn't choose to microwave or heat the container, because I personally feel that products with waxes and oils end up with all the pigment at the bottom (like lipsticks i depotted a few years ago) so I don't know how that process would go with VueSet, but I don't really even think it needs that feature to be worth the price. I would definitely buy more of these compacts without hesitation, and will probably pick up a few of the other styles they make.
