This is one of the best foundations I’ve tried. Normally I use Armani Luminous Silk, but I think I like this one better. The packaging is heavy and beautiful. On your vanity, it will make a statement. The bottle has a pump that distributes a “just right” amount— a little goes a long way. The scent is pleasantly herbal with a classic sunscreen smell; nothing chemical or paint-like. The consistency is thin for a full-coverage foundation, but don’t let that fool you. As I mentioned, a little goes a long way. I applied it to clean skin (no primer)with both a Beauty Blender and a Sephora foundation brush and both provided a beautiful application. It felt very light on the skin and was not cakey at all. I started at the center of my face, buffing outward and I got beautiful, even coverage. My skin felt smooth to the touch after both applications and the tone was even. I was provided this product complimentary for testing purposes. Consider me highly impressed. When you buy this, you’re not just paying for the name Tom Ford. You’re purchasing a superior product.
