How To Use

Mix 1 sachet of GLOW and 1 tbsp (15 ml) of COLLAGEN in 200 ml of water, a smoothie, or your favorite drink. Can be taken together or separately. Take 12 sprays (1.2 ml) of WELL SPRAY orally per day—4 sprays, 3 times daily. Enjoy up to 20 sprays (2 ml) daily.

For optimal results, GLOW and COLLAGEN should be consumed daily in chilled or room temperature beverages.
