Phyto-Khol Perfect is an eye pencil with a firm and ultra-smooth tip that leaves a perfectly accurate line. Enriched with oils (Wild Rose, Castor) and waxes (Carnauba, Beeswax) it glides on softly and comfortably, without irritating the eyelids. Its fluid texture makes application easy and long-lasting, and includes pearly particles to create a metallic, reflective look. A range of rich shades enhances and intensifies the eyes. It can be used on the waterline. Opthamalogically tested, the pencil's soft formula is suitable for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers.
Advantages: its smudge-tip applicator and made-to-measure sharpener
To accentuate the shape of the eye, apply Phyto-Khol Perfect to the eyelid, as close to the lash line as possible. You can also blend it into the eyelid using the sponge-tip. For a kohl effect, apply to the waterline.
For a defined look, apply over eyeshadow and for a smokey effect, under eyeshadow.
Castor: softens, binding agent
Carnauba: binding agent
Wild Rose: softens and soothes
Beeswax: Increases longevity

After MUFE discontinued their Aqua Eyes pencil and I didn't care for the new XL formulation, I searched high and low for something to take its place. A lot of gel liners are too smudgy and lack what I was looking for. The Phyto-Khol fits the bill. It's a firmer type of a pencil so it can be used with precision, yet can be smudged out for a smokey eye. The sponge tip is a good quality and works well for smudging. I go between using the built-in smudge tip and my Esum S31 brush, depending on the look I'm going for. I can work the eyeliner into my lashes better with the pencil brush. It sharpens well with the included sharpener.
All eye pencils are not created equal. I took a chance on this because there are several good eye pencils out there, but this is the best I've found. The Ebony color is a deep, dark brown. I apply in short strokes on both my upper and lower lash line then blend lightly with the smudge end. It creates a more precise line than a lot of softer pencils but that is what I want. It has better staying power than my other pencils. Love it.
