Created with the same light-reflecting technology behind our cult-hero Living Luminizer, Magic Luminizer seductively highlights skin with moon-lit champagne opalescence. The iridescent champagne shimmer magically illuminates skin giving it an ethereal glow.
RMS Beauty's Living Luminizer is known for its subtle, dewy glow. For a warmer glow, Magic Luminizer brightens skin with incandescent neutrals and subtle pink undertones.
For an enticing radiant finish, use RMS Beauty Kabuki Polisher Retractable Brush to polish Magic Luminizer over the cheekbones and down the bridge of the nose to create a soft, diffused glow. It can also be applied along the inner corners of the eyes and the cupid's bow above the lips for a playful-meets-provocative finish. Add light-reflective brightness to the eyes by lightly applying to the center of the eyelids, just above the lashes.

I hate to sound dramatic, (who am I kidding, I'm a total drama queen), but when I applied this product for the first time, I swear I heard angels sing from upon high, and the earth shook beneath my feet. I cannot believe I was on the fence with this product for so long, I'm kicking myself for deleting it out of my cart with my previous purchases.
I turned 40 a few months back and have since started having issues with powder of any kind of my face. Powder, placed anywhere other than my eyelids, (and maybe even there too, idk), has begun to make my face look dry, cakey, and cracked, no matter where I put it. I decided to experiment with all cream/gel products on my face, and skip all powder products, and that quest led me to this little gem. I am BLOWN AWAY with how beautiful this is. Those of you who may be worried that it will just sink in and wear off in an hour, have no fear. I wore this for 8 hours and was still glowing like a goddess after a full day of work.
Now, does this have the PAWPOW, in your face kind of power that, say, a JS powder has? No, but you also don't have any glitter chunks in this. Does it have the Tin Man like effect that the Cover FX drops have? No, but it lasts 5 times as long and makes your cheek look damp and hydrated and glowing, rather than straight up metallic shiny.
Also, I have straight up neutral undertones, I don't pull pink or golden anymore, and I'm somewhere between a NC20/NC25. The Magic Luminizer is perfect on me, it doesn't look too cool or too warm. To me the color comes off similar to Cover FX Moonlight drops.
Lastly, (and I shouldn't have to say this, but I know at least one person has tried this), as another reviewer pointed out, don't try to put this over powder. Never try to put a cream or liquid over a powder.
I already have the Living Luminizer and love it, so I purchased this immediately when I saw beautylish had it in stock. This is a more intense version of the Living Luminizer, it is less sheer/more pigmented and colour-wise more of a champagne, but with some very light bronzy tones of pink, peach and gold. I am very fair N/G10 in CoverFx, NC10 in MAC and this is not too dark. It is close to my skintone. I find it to be slightly thicker in texture than the Living Luminizer, probably because it has more shimmery ingredients and not quite as glossy, more a mix of glossy and shimmery. It is very beautiful, but it can separate the products underneath if used with the wrong concealers, like all creme products can. The best concealers to be used with creme products like this is the Mac Pro Longwear and the Sephora High Coverage Concealer. The worst is the Urban Decay Naked Skin Concealer which I find works better with powder. I tried to use it with a BB first, but because it is a quite thick formula, it blended out the easiest with my fingers. All in all - a beautiful products. If you really wanna create that dewy complexion - this is the product!
I'm a huge RMS Beauty fan, and I love the Living Luminizer because it gives such a dewy, glowing sheen to the skin, as opposed to leaving you very sparkly or shimmery as it fades. The new Magic Luminizer is just as awesome! Golden undertoned ladies - REJOICE! This luminizer is gorgeous on my golden toned, medium-tan skin, although I think that, perhaps, just like the Living Luminizer still looks great on warmer skintones, the Magic Luminizer will probably be beautiful for cooler skintones, as well. I think it may add a little bit of warmth to the skin for those with cool-toned complexion. I think it's definitely worth a try...I know it is definitely a keeper for me!
I have dark tan skin, so I opted for the Magic Luminizer instead of the Living Luminizer. I've had some issues really getting this product to work, but I found that as long as I do not apply over powder (duh!) and really take the time to work into the skin with my finger that I get a nice effect. This is the type of product that looks best after an hour or so, so I don't really get that instant gratification that I normally would with a powder highlighter. On my skin tone it leaves a fairly neutral shine (neither icy nor overly golden) and if I apply a good amount it can appear quite glossy.
If you have medium - dark skin this is a great option for a more sophisticated highlighted look.
I have tried high end contour and highlighter. And they set on my skin and accentuate my fine lines! This one absorbs into my skin and looks flawless. 😊. No glitter just a lovely candle lite glow from within look.
I have heard a ton about these highlighters, and I finally took the plunge... I’m so happy I did! This color is so beautiful, natural and glowy! It’s very easy to apply with your fingers. It just melts into your skin. I love that this one has a gorgeous champagne gold tone to it! I’m very happy I finally tried these out!
I bought this after hearing YouTuber Jessica Braun raving about it. It's beautiful on my skin tone and is the perfect level of highlighter for me. It was my first RMS product but it won't be my last. Gorgeous!! With how little product you use at a time this will last forever too!
I am pretty minimal when it comes to complexition makeup and before I purchased this I was on the hunt for a highlight that was noticeable but still looked natural. This is it. It’s not long lasting, but it doesn’t claim to be either, but it is small enough to carry with you if needed, and it is easy enough to apply without a mirror with need as well. I have a warm tone G50 (CoverFx) complexion, and it looks so nice.
I have purchased both the living and magic luminizers from RMS beauty. I love both of these products. The formula is a balm that applies easily and in my opinion, does NOT leave a sticky/tacky residue behind. They both seemingly melt into your skin and leave behind a lit from within appearance. In my opinion, the living luminizer leaves a more natural finish. The magic luminizer leaves a soft champagne finish. My skin is combo with a medium neutral undertone. I hope this is helpful.
