How to Use
Starting from the inner corner of the eye, sweep the crayon as close as possible to the lash line. Hold the pen upright to create a thin, clean line. For a thick, bold line, position crayon at an angle and apply with slightly more pressure. Pro-tip: Thicken the line on the outer third of the upper lash line to create an instant lift.

Soft, pigmented eyeliner pencil with remarkable lasting power.
This glided on very easily and did not tug when I put it in my waterline. It transferred a little to my lower lid but otherwise stayed put for a 16 hour day. It is budge proof unless you really try - washing hands with soap didn't move it until I scrubbed. Also I love the burgundy colour - enough colour to look interesting but not so much that it wasn't completely appropriate for a professional environment. Love!1 found this helpful.
