It seems to make a big difference in my skin. I have combo with a bit of acne on my cheeks. I mix it in my morning coffee. At first the taste was off putting but I don't mind it now. The dust will settle at the bottom of the cup so I just swish the last sip around and take it like a shot. One jar lasts a few weeks so it's a bit pricey but everytime I stop using it, my skin goes crazy again so it's worth it to me.7 found this helpful.Linda D. Feb 10, 2020
I like it already. I have yet to take it for a long period of time, but it seems to have an almost immediate effect on my sense of wellness in a very physical way. It feels like it flushes to my face at first. The amount is quiet small for the price point and I have yet to find out if the benefits out weigh the actual cost. So far so good.3 found this helpful.
