First off, I'm not the most experienced with taking supplements besides generic multi-vitamins and biotin gummies. My bf who is a supplement junky, helped me look into the ingredients list and mentioned that Spirulina and Chlorella are known to be amazingly nutrient superfoods, so I decided to take a dive and try it! After trying out consistently for a full month, 2 pills in the morning and 2 pills at lunch, I did notice a few changes. The pills have a slight grass taste to it, so I typically follow right after with tea or before a meal.
My nails which were previously prone to chipping and breaking since I like to grow them out have become much stronger. This definitely worked better than the biotin gummies I've been taking. My hair is healthy for the most part so I didn't see any significant changes there.
I am someone who will always have snack breaks throughout the day, but within a week I found I was not craving any sweets as I usually do. And while this is not meant to take place of a probiotic, I felt it did help to regulate and detox. I didn't notice a change in energy level personally, but my co-worker who is also taking this mentioned this was one of the bigger changes for her.
I hope with continual use I'll be able to see more results with my skin, but wanted to share the differences I've noticed so far!
I now have a total of three bottles of Herbalore Catalyst Gold, because I never want to run out! And I turned my husband and my best friend on to this, also! Besides all the amazing superfoods you are taking, the fact that my sugar cravings are gone is mind blowing! I have been taking them for 10 days (2 pills twice a day), and noticed around day three that I no longer crave sweets. This is huge for me, because I have a horrible sweet tooth and can't control myself them. I have also noticed that I can control my eating better - no snacking throughout the day, and I can go longer between meals without feeling hungry.
I started taking this product on 5/20/18 2 pills 2x a day. The first 4 days they made me go to bathroom like crazy! after the 5th day I started feeling more regular and much better. I do feel a little more energy and cravings have also stopped, I don't have to snack during the day at all and so far I am loving this product. Also, I wanted to mention that as of today (6/4/18) I have lost 5 lbs.! I'm guessing its because of not snacking during the day and drinking lots and lots of water with this product! Love it!
I have tried the Hum nutrition and other brands like that before I tried Catalyst Gold. I thought I was done looking for that “magic pill”. I decided to give this a try after seeing many great reviews and following them on IG. So happy I did. I will be a customer for life. They really do provide extra energy and help with cravings. I can’t speak to hair skin and nail but I will keep track as I continue my usage.
After used 2 bottles myself, I bought 2 more for my mom, who suffered from constipation for years. She’s so happy after having them for a week. It works wonders for those who want have healthy digestion. I’ll definitely purchase more despite its high price tag.
