Helps Brighten Pigmentation

This set is the best; literally. This trio has lightened my acne scars and hyperpigmentation tremendously. Another plus is that these products have lasted me quite a while.

Not holygrail

I’ve been using this for about 3 weeks now AM and PM. Diligently cleansed serum moisturized. Had a new acne scar turned hyperpigmented spot pop up and being a new spot I was optimistic this would help. Nope. Nothing. It did absolutely nothing.

Love this set!!!

Im completley in love with these products! This is the first vit c serum I have tried and it's been working quite well in my opinion. The discoloration serum I use at night and the daily brightening serum during the day time. I also bought and live the niacinimide toner and the overnight exfoliator and all of these paired together have been a fantastic regimen for me! Highly recommend!!!

Promising

I used all three together everyday in my morning and night time routine. I want to point out that I noticed my hands, face and neck were turning orange/darker overtime. I do know that vitamin c can darken your skin since it can turn into erythrulose (the very ingredient used in sun tan products 😞) so if the good molecules team could respond to this concern it would be awesome. I have noticed a more even skin tone but as I mentioned I believe my skin was also looking a bit darker than my natural skin tone. The funny part is I didn’t see any improvement in my dark marks... I have now stopped using the vitamin c powder and I am only using the two serum so I will give another update in a month. Again if the team could respond to my comment it would be amazing 😉

First day and I noticed a difference.

I applied these two serums (have not tried the boost powder yet) before my moisturizer last night and I woke up this morning and noticed a difference in my skin. My skin tone looked a bit more uniform then before and I had a refreshed glow. The consistency was great, not tacky at all. Can’t wait to see If long term 2x daily use will lighten my dark acne scars.

Getting Some Great Results!

I purchased this set at the same time I purchased the Super Seven + Instant Cleansing Balm, as well as the Niacinamide Toner and within the first few weeks of using most of the products daily felt I was seeing some good results. I'm over 50 with some hereditary dark circles under my eyes & just in the last few years have seen some darkening to my face, and I can say 2+ months into using almost all the products in this set + the others mentioned above, I think I'm seeing more strong results as far as brightening goes, and I'm attributing that to the 2 products in this set I use regularly + the Niacinamide Brightening Toner.

After doing some more research into beta arbutin and tranexamic acid, I am using the Discoloration Correcting Serum daily (tranexamic acid) and have opted not to continue using the Daily Brightening Serum (beta arbutin) for the time being as I just didn't really feel I needed to use both every day along with all the other serums and oils I'm using, so that's where I'm at with those for now. I think (and most experts seem to agree) three serums should generally be the max and four is pushing it, so since I was already using the Hyaluronic Acid, Super Peptide and Niacinamide serums, I picked the Discoloration Correcting Serum to be the 4th to stick with for now.

The Vitamin C powder is the bomb! I use it a few times a week and mix it with the Discoloration Correcting Serum as another GM customer suggested, and it really works great that way. Even though I've been using it for 2+ months the jar still looks pretty full so this should last me a long time - heck, other than my bottle of Niacinamide Brightening Toner (which is almost empty & I need to reorder), I'm not even halfway through any of the bottles in either of the two GM sets I purchased together!

Using almost all the products in both sets daily/regularly (except, as mentioned, the Daily Brightening Serum which I stopped after the first week), I was definitely seeing results in the first and second weeks of using GM products. A little over 2 months later I can definitely see even stronger results - my skin looks & feels better than it ever has, my fine lines are still there but very much reduced, and while my face still shows some light darkening, it has definitely improved! I will absolutely be purchasing the Vitamin C powder and probably the Discoloration Correcting Serum again when they run out.

I certainly recommend these for anyone else with some of the issues I have had, whether you're over 50 or not - they are certainly worth a try (and I think anyone would adore the Vitamin C powder, no doubt)!

My new go-to set!

This has been a fantastic find for me without any irritation or break-outs that I have experienced with The Ordinary and Sunday Riley. My favourite component is the Daily Brightening Serum which I use day and night. I also use the Discolouration Serum regularly. Even in the summer, my combination skin did not react or get greasy because of it, which surprised me! I went through the Daily Brightening Serum faster than the others, and have re-ordered it (and then also ordered it for my friend!).

This is a great set to start with and use together for those who want to step into the Good Molecules world but don't know where to start. Highly recommended and so glad I took the chance to purchase this!

Caused Major Breakout

Skincare junkie here. Oil slick, acne prone, lover of Beautylish. I spend a lot of money and read reviews on products before purchasing. I am always willing to try a new brand to see if it benefits me, because everyone's skin is different. I SO WANTED TO LOVE THIS SET. Unfortunately, these items caused a major breakout on my face!! :( Before using these I hadn't seen a breakout in months. As I read the ingredients on these and there are red flags/fillers that are known skin irritants. Going to have to stick with The Ordinary. Do your research y'all. Very, very disappointed.

Oily & aging skin...LOVE!

I'm 56, have oily skin. I am fighting wrinkles, as well as pimples. I've tried so many products. Usually too greasy, or too dry, or too tacky. These feel so lightweight. After washing my face, I mix them all together (Wayne Goss style), and slather. Everything sinks in and my skin feels so smooth. At night, I don't stick to the pillow! Foundation goes on smoothly. I've been applying 2 x per day, for about a week now, and although still get oily, I'm seeing less breakouts. Highly recommend!

Non irritating products

I have to say I am very happy with the products and after using for almost 2 weeks, I can see results already. I have cystic acne with rosacea and these products are easily blended into my prescription topicals as well. Also, the vitamin C powder which I add into additional serums that I purchased from the collection, blends in smoothly and is non irritating. I think I felt some slight tingling at first but no dreaded rosacea break out which commonly happens when I use alpha hydroxy products. Overall I really recommend these products.
