Beautiful and Creamy
I have been using the Tom Ford Shade and Illuminate Contour Intensity 2 for awhile now and I couldn't find a product similar to it until I bought this from Danessa. The Shade is great and a little lighter than the TF , but still works. It melts into the skin beautifully and I am impressed with the quality. I think if you like cream Contour and you find the right shade, this is a great contour product!!9 found this helpful.Natalie M. Feb 05, 2021
Not a contour
I should have paid closer attention to the swatches of these. They are not contour shades at all. I got the lightest, I have fair neutral skin and this looked horribly yellow/reddish on my skin. Its more of a bronzer shade and not even a good one really, as the amount of yellow it is just makes me look sickly. I threw out my packaging or i would have returned it. Gave it 2 stars because the formula is nice if you can find a shade that would work for you.8 found this helpful.Amina T. 3 weeks ago
Quick, sculpted, and creamy
This has got to be one of the best and most efficient cream contours I have used. I stamp it one using my Sonia G travel brush on my cheekbones, Jaw Line, Forehead, and nose, then I blend it out with a sponge and its done within 30 seconds. Even if i put too much it easily gets blended out. It contours the face but still has warmth to it so I feel like I can use it as contour and bronzer. The shade is good but in the summer I definitely will need to pick up Medium 3! For Reference my foundation shades are (Pat Mcgrath M15, Surrat Dew Drop 9, Gucci 260w)3 found this helpful.Nicole B. Pigmented, Blendable, Beautiful
I love this contour balm SO much!! I'd heard rave reviews and had to try it. I have combination textured skin, and this contour balm didn't accentuate my skin's texture at all. I love how creamy it is. I can blend it so easily without disrupting any of my other makeup, which is often a problem for me with waxier contour sticks. Absolutely recommend this product!!3 found this helpful.Sara W. 2 weeks ago
Light 1 is a bronzer
If you've got fair skin, you expect a taupe-y contour à la ABH Fawn or Fenty Amber. Totally makes sense that some reviewers have been disappointed in Light 1 — it's a neutral golden shade that's not a good contour. As a bronzer, though, I like it — the balmy texture is dreamy. The color reminds me of the Physicians Formula Butter Bronzer in Light but slightly less warm. If Danessa Myricks came out with a cooler contour version for fair skin, I'd be all over it too. Love this formula and just about everything she creates!1 found this helpful.
