My favorite makeup remover for dry skin

My skin is super dry in late fall through the winter. This is favorite makeup remover for that time. It leaves my skin clean but not overly dry. It also smells amazing.

It's everything that you've heard

I love Hydrabio because I have dry sensitive skin and this removes all of my makeup without irritating my skin or drying it out. In fact, I find that it gently moisturizes. I use makeup wipes to remove my makeup but after I wipe my face with Bioderma on a cotton pad. It's amazing how much makeup you still find on a "clean" face. This stuff is just amazing. More gentle than water and 10x more effective. I'll be a customer for life.

TL;DR It's amazing and removes makeup better than anything else you'll ever try.

Broke me out!!!!

I never write reviews but I felt I needed to with use of this product. Bioderma is so hyped up I thought for sure this would be amazing, and opted for the hydrating version for my dry skin. After using half the bottle giving time for my skin time to get use to it, using in the morning for a light cleanse or before my normal cleansing routine just to remove some of the makeup at night my breakouts continued and continued never clearing up. I am so disappointed. Especially now that I have a full bottle and half of the previous one that won't get used because I bought the duo set naively thinking it would be amazing. If your skin is sensitive to break outs be careful.

Love

Takes all my makeup off and is super gentle on my sensitive skin. There's a noticeable difference between this and the sensibio. My skin is not as dry with this for sure. Now my preferred makeup remover!

I LOVE this product!! I actually have oily skin but this still works well for me. I usually use this for a quick mask every morning right before makeup. I squirt out some on cotton pads and place them on my face. You can do eye makeup while waiting and by the time you're eye makeup is done, you will have perfectly hydrated skin!! I'm almost done with my second bottle in less than a month and I just bought Bioderma Sebium H2O which is for oily skin. They're both good but I prefer this one more because of it's smell. Don't hesitate to buy this because you will not regret it!! ps. It comes really fast in a neat package with a cute note :)

awesome

Super good stuff right here! Takes off whatever my cleanser leaves behind and doesn't sting my skin or eyes.

Absolutely Love!

So glad I decided to give this product a try after hearing about it. I have very dry patches on my skin due to eczema and usually when I wash my make-up off with water those patches get really dry, but with the Hydrabido H20 my patches of dry skin are moisturized while cleansing off the makeup. I would definitely suggest this to anyone that has sensitive/ dry skin. The product leaves your skin feeling very moisturized and clean!

Truly life changing . . . no exaggeration!

There are so many ways that the Bioderma micellar water has improved the quality of my life. Here is a partial list: 1. My contacts are staying cleaner (no oil slicks) and my eyes are less irritated because of the gentleness and non-oiliness of my cleansing/makeup removal around my eyes. 2. I know lots of people love to "double wash" and use other cleansing products along with this one, but my experience has been that it is absolutely all I need, and that my skin is healthier, clearer, less irritated, and more hydrated with far less fuss and bother than ever before. 3. I am saving time and hassle both in the morning and at bedtime. 4. My mild rosacea is much improved. 5. I am saving SO much money on cleansers, toners, eye makeup removers, etc. and it is fun to spend it on other things (makeup splurges, anyone?).

Caveat: I'm 61 and still have some oil in some zones of my face. I like a more natural makeup look and do not wear lots of hard to remove waterproof face makeup or mascara. Hydrabio (or Sensibio) removes my By Terry foundation/concealer/blush, Inglot gel liner (tightlined), and normal wear mascara just beautifully and with no skin or eye irritation whatsoever. It does it FAST and one bottle lasts me an amazing amount of time and only costs $20.00. I use it at least twice daily, but it is also great for travel, camping, post-exercising, changing out makeup for an evening out, etc.

Good stuff!

I was hoarding the bottle of Bioderma Sensibo H2O I bought in France in 2013 until I found Beautylish! Now I use it everyday to remove my makeup (instead of only using it for heavy makeup nights when I was trying to make my original bottle last!). I gave the Hydrabo H2O a try and I like it but not as much as the Sensibo. i don't feel like it is as effective at removing mascara and eyeliner. I went over my eyes with Hydrabo then used the Sensibo to catch the makeup left behind. The scent is very faint which I think is a good thing. I can tell that it is more hydrating than Sensibo but just not as powerful at makeup removal! I will use the Hydrabo for days I wear less makeup and want my skin to feel clean & hydrated because it does a good job of that.

Smells great but doesn't remove tough makeup

I really wanted to love this product but it was really just average. It did not effectively remove long-wearing or waterproof makeup, and I had a tough time removing any sort of mascara. On days when I've worn a full face, I must use a separate cleanser and then use this afterward to remove any residual makeup or cleanser. I can't say it's a waste though, on days when I go bare faced, it's a good cleanser to swipe and go before my nighttime skincare. It's not expensive so I don't feel as if it's a complete bust. I have aging dry skin that's very prone to dehydration, and although it feels refreshing upon application, this product didn't do much in the way of hydration. I might repurchase because like I said, it's good for quick days/nights when I don't have a lot of makeup to remove, but it's definitely not a "one and done" cleanser for me.
