To use milk of magnesia as a primer, I...
-put 2-3 drops in the clear lid
-apply the product to my oily areas (my whole face lol) only slightly rubbing it in
-allow it to dry completely (takes like 3 mins)
- apply my tinted moisturizer/bb cream concoction using my hands
-set my face with powder if it's going to be a really long day
