Beauty Product Reviews

Before purchasing this I would use the little mini brow pencil that came with the Anastasia Lavish palette. I loved that one so much that I purchased this one. The pencil has a fine tip so it's perfect for neatly shading in the brows or extending the end of the brow. The great thing about this is that you can press hard and it won't give you a harsh line, making it fool proof for everyone. If you do find that you were using a heavy hand, just brush your brows a few times using the opposite end of the pencil. My only con is that it's a bit expensive for a eyebrow pencil. But I do not regret it one bit, and neither will you!

Amazing

I bought this because my L'Oreal black gel liner dried up on me. I've got to say that this is a very pigmented black....so black.....like I can't even describe it's blackness lol. It has a very smooth texture, which is the reason it doesn't dry out. I have it for less than a week but I know it could go even a year before drying out. While I was in the store swatching it the tester had around half left in it and still had the same texture as my new one. You'll find that it may seem a bit glossy if you try it on your hand, but it goes on matte on your eyes don't worry. Also, this will not budge once it's dried. Might take a few minutes to dry because of it's consistency so you'll be able to smudge it out if you want to.

The other reason I love this is because it just glides onto the eyelid, not like those gel lined that makes you feel like you're tugging your skin while drawing the line. I highly recommend. For this quality you'd expect a high price.

Love it!

Oh em gee! So worth the price. It really is a good bargain for all that it comes with: 10 shadows, full size black eyeliner, mini eyebrow pencil, travel size dual-ended brush, tweezer, and little booklet full of looks by people on social networks.

I use these shadows with my Urban Decay primer potion, and they last all day. My favorite color in this palette is Sienna, absolutely flattering on any skin tone. Least favorite would be Cream and Ballet. Those colors are too chalky for me...only suitable for highlighting under the brow, if that. Black Diamond is a beautiful matte black with gold specks the only thing is that when you apply it all the gold stays in the brush and it has lots of fall out. If the gold actually applied to the lid it would looks sooooo gorg! The black eyeliner Noir isn't so great to me. Works fine for the upper lashline but runs on my bottom lashline in no time at all, maybe setting it with a black shadow would help it last longer.

Overall, you should definitely get this palette. Very practical with the rest of the tools it comes with. And the shadows can be removed from the box so it's less bulky. Think about it, if another brand was to sell the exact same thing...for example Urban Decay or Too Faced, you'd never get it for such an affordable price. Thank you Anastasia!
