A pale girl's dream come true!

I am super pale with cool undertones and finding any shades that add the right amount of color in appropriate colors/ undertones have been a lifelong struggle... until this little gem came into my life! I've been an RCMA fan since I requested several samples from RCMA directly several years ago. My original shade was F1 but after I sampled it and went back to order it the full product, I found they had discontinued it. I wrote a scathing email asking why I was even sent a sample of a shade they'd no longer be offering less than one month later but never received a response. If I had to guess, I'd say they probably didn't sell enough of the F1 due to it being such a fair shade with a pink undertone. I ended up using a mixture of the Ivory and Gena Beige shades and would eventually mix in the tiniest amount of the Gena Pink when they introduced it. The blendability of RCMA's formula is so amazing and is what allows me the ability to use every shade provided in this contour kit. I use an eyeliner brush to apply the lightest shade in the creases under my eyes bags making them look much smaller, I use the 2nd to lightest under the rest of my under eye area and on my brow bone, the middle shade for my regular mid face highlighter and the 2 darker shades blend beautifully along the sides of my nose, under my jawline, upper forehead, etc. I love that it's effective at contouring without making me look overly or obviously contoured!

NOT what I'd call microwaveable...

I couldn't wait for this to come in the mail... the size was exactly what I was looking for, and it was clear and microwaveable to boot! Despite having only microwaved in 5 second intervals on 3 (of 10} heat setting and 30 or more seconds to cool in between, by just the 3rd round in, this thing sparked and caught on fire inside of my microwave! I think it was the quick flash of air from me using the door open button to stop the time/ cooking that allowed the flash of fire to quickly extinguish itself. I really feel duped by this product and their irresponsibility in claiming this is microwaveable. Not happy about picking soot out of my MAC Pink Plaid lippie either. Despite that, I think this really could have been a great product!

Very happy!

I ordered the $20.00 black Z-Palette to de-pot my older MAC eyeshadows. I have a lot of MAC shades in my lg MAC Pro Palettes but I really didn't want to purchase shades I already owned just to reduce space/ make more convenient to carry. THIS WAS JUST WHAT I NEEDED!!! I had exactly 15 potted MACS, so when I saw that this ZP came w/ 15 round magnetic stickers (which ended up being an absolute PERFECT FIT on the back of my de-potted MAC tins), I knew I had found the answer to my problem. The MAC Pro Palette (might as well stick w/ MAC as a reference) has a lot of space b/t ea of the 15 shades it holds, making it bigger, heavier, and bulkier than the ZP. The ZP looks a little flimsier, but the plastic outside isn't as hard as the MAC case, so it also looks like it would probably absorb shock better should I (gasp) ever drop it. The magnetic stickers are just right too, they hold on to the palette very well, but aren't difficult to pull apart when you want to take them out/ move them around.I'm about to order another one (maybe even more ;-)) because I really like the idea of customizing my own palettes! (I used the MAC pro Palette in the pics with the ZP as a size reference only and yes I also love my label maker).
