It works!!
I live near the Dallas, TX area and our humidity is insane. This. Stuff. Lasts. I love Wayne’s lipstick formula and his eyeshadow and blush palettes, so if for nothing else I figured I would support the brand and try this out. I was shocked at how well this applied and how long it lasted. My tattoo artist even commented on how great my lashes looked while wearing it. I see this becoming a staple in my kit.
I get it
I’ve heard great things about Wayne Goss and started keeping up with his tutorials a few months ago. I’ve have had a tendency to go towards more bold and whimsical palettes, but wanted to try something a little more appropriate for every day wear. Good lord is this wearable! I’m 33 and have been rebelling against the sophisticated and/or subtle looks, but I can’t help going in for this gem every day since receiving it. It does indeed blend beautifully, so the reviews are very true!
Worth the coin
If you’re a JSC lover, then you’re already aware of the quality of his lip products. His packaging and color stories really tend to set him apart and his balms really aren’t any different. Putting the balm in the traditional bullet applicator was a really good call!
Personal preference
I have both the blood orange as well as orange gummy bear and I actually prefer the orange gummy bear. NOT because this isn’t delicious, but blood orange tends to have a sharper citrus smell/flavor. If that’s how your senses lean, then you’ll love this. If you’re a citrus lover in general, then go ahead and pick this up. If I had to pick between the two, I’ll reach for orange gummy bear first is all I’m getting at.
Yes, it’s delicious
I find that cantaloupe is one of those fruits that a lot of people haven’t tried, but are seriously missing out on. We used to cut them in half when they were good and ripe and eat ice cream out of them while scraping the fruit with every spoonful. This scrub smells amazing. Not nearly as muted as some of the more popular flavors like blue freeze. Quality is exactly what you would expect from a JSC sugar scrub.
