~first put your primer all over the eye lid (doesn't matter what brand primer)
~Then using an angle brush apply the blue on the eye lid and use a dark green for the iner corner and outer conter and apply the outer part like a wing (see picture above)
~then apply mascara and eyeliner (your choice) I never used eye liner
