Just okay

I was running out of the Tarteist Double Take Eyeliner. I want to experience new one so I read the reviews and many said that this is good, no budge and stuff. I bought it. And it budge on me! When I set my under eye with the powder, it doesn't budge as much but when i'm lazy, just want a good eyeliner to go, no setting powder. It budge, like a lot. I've used the Mac pot eyeliner and it budged on me too so I guess my eyelid is too oily?? Note: The Tarteist doesn't budge on me
