The Worst experience ever!

I bought some products of The Orgy Collection, so I decided to buy a JSC mirror for the first time. The box of the product was intact so couldn't be a bad handled of the product... my Iridescent Light Pink mirror has scratches everywhere!!! Very disappointed... the worst experience ever buying a product for the first time. Honestly, I don't know what's going on with JSC products.
