Not worth the price

Before I ordered this kit, I’d got nr 2 from the same brand out of pure curiosity and totally fell in love with it. I have the greatest experience with the nr 2 brush for foundation (both liquid and powder but not cream) as well as blush and bronze. The result was always amazing and the brush is just filled with sense of quality and smoothness. It never scratches or causes any irritation. My sensitive skin on the cheeks loves it!

So, out of my naive belief that this kit was gonna be just as great as nr 2 I bought it with extra expectations. I must say I’m not so happy with the overall experience. Quality of this kit doesn’t feel as the same as the single version of brush. They are much lighter on the handles and the fibers are much rougher and even a tiny bit of uneven on a few of them. The special edition powder brush sticks the most, which is the most disappointing part for me. The foundation brush was good, but I’ve got one from Makethemake for 16 € which works just as fine. And other smaller brushes are absolutely no comparison to the blue squirrel brushes from Wayne Goss.

Really pretty case and brushes, but honestly Not worth the price I would say. Just put together your own travel kit buying from different brands.
