The taste is pretty good. As far as nutrition or calming effects its just meh. I don’t plan to buy again.

Nice consistency, good coverage. It takes a bit of practice to get a technique down but it's so much fun to play with all of the shades. I really appreciated the tutorial that was emailed to me showing best practices for flawless application. The package is slim and fits easily into a make up bag easily. There is a caddy for a small brush or two.
