I could understand why people like and why they don't. It really depends on your lip structure. If your lips don't get very dry easily but you want your lips to be softer, this the lip balm for you. If your lips gets very very dry like my lips easily ( people like me who have to applies lip balm every single day) I don't exactly recommend it, because it works when you apply it but when it's gone dry, your lips gets dry as well. So if you really want to know if it's good or not, give it a try to see if it works, but it depends how your lips structure is. Hope that helps a little.
