Conflicted. I don’t know. I have been on the hunt for a TRUE DEEP MATTE BLACK gel/cream eyeliner for FOREVER. No mainstream black liners cut it for me. This eyeliner is gorgeous in color. However even if i set it with NDs Blackest eyeshadow, it still transfers and smudges and it crumbles on my face. So disappointed. It coulda been great 😞 I’ve been using duraline too and Nada
