Beauty Product Reviews

Quick brush

If you use cream contour / blush / bronzer this applies all of those plus your foundation really well. It has that smoothing beauty blender effect where it buffs and presses the products in rather than caking it up so there really is something special about it - probably because it’s very soft and dense so it’s really great. You prob won’t wanna return it but it is kind of overpriced imo because of the brand and full metal exterior so if you’ve anything that’s similar you could skip it 🤷🏻‍♂️ PS - I feel like it looks a lot more slanted in the pic here than in reality. Mine is still slanted but it’s slight so when you use a buffing motion it almost works as a domed buffing brush. Overall it’s awesome and I use it a lot and it actually makes some of my more difficult to blend foundations (the liquid hourglass vanish…) look good!

Ugh

I want to like it because it’s so compact and pretty but it’s too dense and too small and the swirl cut on the surface creates more brush steaks on me. It’s not all bad … it works fine with cream foundation (anything that’s thicker) and I really like it for the RMS cream blushes and contour - it just doesn’t make foundation look that great

Worth the $$$

I don’t usually spend a ton on hair products but this is the only thing that makes my hair maintain its look / the way I style it after washing. I used it yesterday and woke up with my part and waved and texture pretty much perfectly in place… my hair is extremely hard to style and curl for reference it’s naturally very straight and strong (think Asian hair type almost) so even after a curling iron and hairspray it straightened out on it’s own within hours unless I use this line. Even if you can maintain style try this out it’ll probably make it last very long + it adds really healthy looking shine. PS: you don’t need to use as much as other shampoos it foams up a lot with about half of as much as I’d usually use in the shower

Calms redness

It really works - I’ve never broken out from it and by the time I’m done with acid toners / serums and or retinol at night I apply it as a face oil over moisturizer and it takes away both the look and feel of any irritation. It’s definitely a face oil though I’ve no idea why the name is misleading but I’d use it as a last step & no more than 1-2 drops

Versatile

I find it a bit small for under the eyes when I’m using liquid concealer and highlighting with it but I’ve used it for spot concealing, cream and powder shadow, (nose) contour, blending out foundation in more detailed areas, cream highlight etc etc it’s a well made brush it feels expensive and the bristles are natural and great quality.

Use it every day

It doesn’t give me a “strong line” at all. I only use it to contour right under the cheekbone, temples, contour the lid and extend it out onto the temple as well as nose. For cheeks and forehead just move the brush in a circular motion so you won’t get a harsh line - you’re gonna put bronzer over top of it anyway or blush. It works to diffuse eyeshadow too and for highlighter & cream highlighter and blush. Oh i also use it for brightening powder under the eyes, down the nose etc. I’ve two of these Bc it’s so multi purpose

Versatile!!

This is not just for foundation imo although I put some liquid foundation on with it and it surprisingly worked very well!! I love this for bronzer the most and for applying powder or an illuminating finishing powder or highlighter that I want to put on sort of everywhere quickly (forehead cheeks temples). It works for contour and blush as well! It’s a really strange brush but it literally does “hug” all the contours of your face not just cheek but jawline and forehead etc.

The handle and ferrule on these are so beautiful in person and the hairs are very soft but also retain their pointy shape. It’s awesome for precisely applying shadow to the lower lash line / blending it out without blowing it out too much and also for lining the upper lash line with powder shadow!

Amazing.

This brush is extremely soft and high quality. I was afraid that it would be really small but it’s a perfect size (I took a picture next to a sigma f80 foundation brush food comparison). I’ve large pores, texture and facial hair on top of that and it still gave me a beautiful super smooth poreless finish and really good coverage. It was also great for under eye concealer so it cut down on time! Highly highly recommend
