Smudges on eyes

I don't know if this is just on my eyes or what, but this smudges horribly under my eyes. But when I swatch it on my hand, it's waterproof and doesn't smudge. I might try again, but send like a waste of money.

LOVE this!

Got this in a sample in a previous order. Used it on damp hair, running it through from tips to scalp. The smell is light and delicious. Normally when I let my hair air dry, it's a little frizzy and has some wave to it. After it dried with this product in, the ends were more smooth and straight which is how I normally like my hair to look, but I will have to straighten it to get it that way. With this, it dries naturally straight which I LOVE. I plan on purchasing the full size product when I run out of the sample.
