RUN HELLA SMALL

Bought these as a gift for my daughters birthday thinking they are slides why wouldn't they actually be a size 11 or fit her foot. But they are HELLA SMALL and I cannot exchange them for a bigger size or anything else. Truly DISAPPOINTED>
