Purples stay true all day

I bought this bundle, and today I wore a couple of the purple shimmers from the Scorpio palette. It's been six hours so far, and the colors have not changed at all since I applied them. They have not oxidized into other colors, which is a problem I have had with other brands, even high end ones. Purples are difficult to make because of that, but Jeffrey Starr does them right. The shimmers also went on smooth with little fallout and are blinding, which is exactly how I like them. I am impressed with this palette so far, and will put it into heavy rotation.

Love everything about it but the color

I have a few of these in various shades, and I love that they never feel dry and have a slight sheen to them. You have to pick the right color, but the photos from the brand are way off on the latest ones.

Chic pink is also paler and more muted than shown, it's very close to OG Pillow Talk. The one that I am warning you all about is Nude Talk, which is so pale IRL that it's almost like wearing concealer. It's a peach version of Penelope Pink, which is also very pale. If you like the picture of Penelope Pink, get Pillow Talk or Chic Pink because they look like that picture. If you want a peachy nude that shows up, Nude Romance or Bitch Perfect are the ones to choose.

To make it work, I will have to wear Nude Talk with a darker lip liner and a pinky gloss, unless I want to look deathly ill on purpose. For reference, my foundation color is shade 2 in the Airbrush foundation, and Nude Talk was way too pale for me.

I bought them from Charlotte Tilbury this time because I didn't want to wait, but have bought some of my other CT lipsticks here. I wish Nude Talk looked like the photo but it's not even close.

Good with the eyeshadow pots

I use this to apply Charlotte Tilbury paint pots and other similar products, and it works great to pick up and spread the product.

Chef’s kiss!

Great as long as you know what you’re getting

This palette is pale, and will probably not show up on medium skin tones. I have fair skin and it barely shows up on me; I think it might show up on the darker skin tones but it’s an expensive chance to take.

The sparkling shade has micro glitter and requires a glitter primer to avoid fallout. It does have that snow sparkling in the sun look though.

I wear this when I want something subtle, but I recommend Nude Dip to anyone who wants a similar look without the glitter. That one is still my favorite Tom Ford quad.

Pangolin is straight up copper on the eye

The product performs well, but I’m giving the shade Pangolin a lower rating because it is a completely different color on the eye vs the pan. It looks like a mauvey purple in the pan, but it’s copper on the eye. I have a Nabla palette that does this exact same thing and I don’t know what’s up with that. I always use eye primer too.

I will keep it because I do use copper and bronze a lot.

Also note that this has micro glitter and you will need to use glitter primer or wet your brush with fix plus, or both to prevent glitter fallout.

Great one and done

I’m revising my review from earlier, because these vary by color. I like the convenience of swiping on one color and blending it out, and I bought Oyster Pearl as well. That one has some bling unlike Pillow Talk. If I could get going earlier in the morning, I would do more complicated eye looks but that isn’t happening most mornings. They both wear like iron over a primer without creasing or fading, and I have oily eyelids. Once they set, they are there until you take them off. No glitter fallout on my face either.

I bought this because I wanted a shimmery pink eyeshadow that would be better than the myriad pressed ones I have, and this is not it. At best, I get a glowy look from it, but it’s about as shimmery as Urban Decay Naked 3 or the Tartelette 2 in bloom palette. If you’re looking for subtle barely there shimmer, this is it. But if you like a blinding shimmer, this is dull by indie, Natasha Denona, Tom Ford, or Jeffree Star standards.

That being said, I now have five of them because it’s easy to get a good look quickly.

Her palettes are the best

I love how metallic and blinding her shimmers are, and that’s off a dry brush. I prefer smooth blinding shimmers that are finely milled, and hers are mostly like that. It’s obvious which ones are more glittery, and you need to use glitter glue with them (as with any brand.)

I have never been disappointed by any of her palettes; she is very generous with the product and all pans are easily removable.

Her mattes are also outstanding- it’s best to use a light hand because the pigment is there.

They have lasting power too over a good primer; they always look as fresh and intense late at night as they did early in the morning when I applied them. Even 18 hours later… when I went to an Ozzy concert straight after work, my eyeshadow still looked perfect.

For me, they are the gold standard, and I have tried many other brands. I will continue to buy every palette that woman drops. If I wasn’t a sucker for cute packaging, I wouldn’t buy anything else.

Easy to use and amazing duochrome

I bought this because I liked the cool toned color story, and I love Viseart in general. They have never done me wrong with a palette, and I have a lot of theirs.

It’s easy to lay down a look in the morning, the colors are rich and blend like a dream. I dab on some glitter glue before applying the duochrome because you will get some fallout otherwise.

I’m always in a hurry and literally take two minutes max to apply eyeshadow. Viseart shimmers definitely assert themselves and are not subtle, although they are less blinding than Natasha Denona or Jeffree Star. They wear well over a good primer; for me to say that, it’s got to last at least 8-10 hours, and these go longer than that.

Clears skin up fast

I am getting over a nasty stress breakout, and I have been using this as a night cream over an AHA / vitamin C toner, and my skin is definitely getting better. I have oily skin but still need a moisturizer after cleansing, and this works well for that, unlike some moisturizers that cause more breakouts.

I bought it on a whim, but I will keep buying it because it works and is budget friendly. I have tried a lot of high end skincare that didn’t work as well for me (I only use products for oily skin and avoid anything described as rich or for dry skin.)

Great quality & easy to use

I’m a WG fan and had to try this out, of course. The colors are basic and this is a great palette to grab when you’re in a hurry. The colors blend well, no fallout, and no fading for twelve hours or more in my experience (always used over a good primer and a fixing spray used after.)

The shimmers are VERY subtle and I need to use the topper to get the bling I prefer. I like my shimmers foiled and in your face metallic, like the ones from Natasha Denona. The topper does the job and I’m satisfied with it.

It’s hard to make mistakes with this palette and I can do an eye look quickly even when I’m rushing in the morning. Love the tip about pressing the black shadow into the lashes and I get this palette out for that even when using other palettes.
