SO SOFT!

In combination with the shampoo, this conditioner worked wonders on my dehydrated hair. I have medium textured, color treated curls that can always use more moisture. After using the shampoo I sectioned my hair into 4 sections and applied the conditioner from the ends to the roots.

For more penetration, I put a shower cap on and let that sit while I finished the rest of my shower. A key component to rinsing out conditioners, in general, is to do it with as cold of water that you can possibly handle. In doing so you seal in the moisturizing factor of the product in the cuticle of the hair shaft ensuring that that moisture is penetrated deeper.

For all my naturally curly hair girls out there this isn't a conditioner you want to use as a leave-in. In testing it as such I did find that It left my hair feeling a bit gritty though out the day. This is meant to be washed out thoroughly as mentioned on the packaging. I would definitely follow with the Hairdresser's Invisible Oil HEAT/UV Protective Primer for smooth styling!

SO SOFT!

Being a natural hair gal, I tend to steer clear from most shampoo's as they tend to make my hair feel a bit more stripped than preferred. I do have color treated hair so the fact that this contains 6 softening oils I knew this was a must try.

My hair is medium textured with high density ( even with an undercut). In my application process, I sectioned my hair in 4 sections and massage a very small amount of the shampoo onto the scalp of each section. I let the shampoo just slide down the shaft of the hair as I gently rinsed it out with cool water. Keep in mind you just need a light amount and it lathers really well too!

With just one use of the shampoo and the conditioner, I instantly had compliments on how soft my curls looked and felt. I did expect my hair to be a touch heavy being that this is made of 6 oils, but to my surprise, the product lives up to its name. It felt so lightweight to the point of being invisible on my hair. This is my go-to when I need an excellent sulfate free cleanser, especially after a color touch-up!
