Not good

Super streaky and not opaque AT ALL. Tried to build it up, that doesn't work. It just moves around and streaks up again. Tried the tips from Jeffree to put them in the fridge, shake them, exfoliate and moisturize my lips, nothing. I really wanted to like this :/
