For this nail art you only need a clear and a colored nail polish and a smal piece of fabric. You choose one (or all if you like) nail and cut the material so that it fits on it. Then you put the material on the nail and paint the clear nail polish over it. P.s.: Sorry for my bad english (if it's bad). :D :P
