Product broken, horrible service

The compact arrived completely broken and fell out of the pan. When I reached out to customer service they advised me that I have to send the broken bronzer back to them in order to receive a refund. Normally this wouldn’t be a problem for me, however with the current situation my office has closed and I work from home hence I can’t print out the label. The customer service then suggested that I go to FedEx and print out a label there, further exposing myself to the virus while using a public computer! All of this just so they can throw the product out and so I can get the refund... With the current situation we are in I am not going to go through the possibility of contracting the virus just so that I can ship this back. Wish they were more understanding of that.
