Deeply Regret Purchase

This product does not moisturize, in fact it dries the eyes out so badly they look like crinkled tissue paper (I’m in my early 30’s so that says a lot). Secondly, it doesn’t take away any puffiness nor does it reduce the appearance of fine lines, if anything it enhances them. I highly recommend avoiding this product if you are looking for something to help moisturize, reduce puffiness, or reduce signs of aging - because it literally only enhances all of these problematic issues.
