The First Edition E3 Large Crease Brush

If you have hooded eyes, this brush is fantastic! It lays the product well all over the eyes and in your crease. It does not shed and it is soft.

I own about 300-400 brushes. Many are top of the line fude. I have nothing like this in my collection. The shape is genius. It allows for multitasking, such as pickup, fine lid line work, blending, and it’s an amazing magic brush for hooded lids. I’m pretty sure if you are just starting out and need help with aging or hooded lids, you couldn’t mess up with this brush. It’s amazing for someone who’s done thousands of looks with tons of brushes or no looks and no brushes before this one.

I’m honestly shocked at both the uniqueness and versatility of this brush. Sometimes when you have a Jack of all trades you get a master of mine. But that’s not the case here. You can truly master any look with this one and done brush.

If you’re used to other brushes, there’s a slight learning curve but I got the hang of it super quickly. It also does some stuff no other brush does - like super fine blending at the transition, which I’ve never ever attempted to this level of precision before. The look I got today was effortless perfection.

Having said all that, this will work well with powders, because that’s what I used. I didn’t attempt to pick up metallics, shimmers, or glitters - this wouldn’t be the thing I’d reach for. But it’s also not what it’s for. You could probably do a cream look really easily with this because the goat hair will support it, but I haven’t tried that yet.

All in all, a smashing success. I’ll get a few backups, as I’ve learned some hard lessons over the years (hello, discontinued WG #16).

I have hooded eyes and this brush really helps emphasize my crease while blending as well. This brush is super soft, I wish WG would come out with more variety brushes with this bristle texture. Doesn't shed and feels luxe.

I ordered this brush and the E-2 from Wayne's collection and I honestly thought that the E-2 was going to be my favorite. Boy was I wrong! While this brush is larger in appearance than the E-2, it manages to fill my hooded, mature eyelids with precision and ease! I am now able to use darker matte shadows in my crease and lower lid because this brush gives me so much more control and no mess. I saw your YouTube video when these came out Wayne and you are right, there are no other crease brushes out there with such a precise point and such a soft feel.

Even if you have hooded eyes, this bigger blending brush with a nice tip does blend eyeshadow in the crease so effortlessly that it makes me speechless. Probably my fave of Wayne Goss brushes incl. previous sets. Due to the tip it is precicely but still so soft, truly amazing. Love!!!

This brush is so unique and the way it applies shadow is magical. The hairs feel incredibly silky and bouncy with a feel similar to Saibikoho goat hairs. I tried doing my crease the way Wayne shows in his promotional video, and it blended color in that area so beautifully. I can also get a nice edge (wherever I want one) with the point and then blend it out with the perfectly smooth tapered sides. The brush keeps it shape when used without splaying at all (from what I’ve experienced so far). I was worried that the shape would be lost once I washed it, but it’s still there, point and all! Amazing!

Trust Wayne for looking after older women with hooded eyes. This brush, with a lovely point, allows you to get into the crease while at the same time placing the eyeshadow well above the crease - exactly where you want it on a hooded eye!

Wayne said this took a long time to make. It was worth his time!!. I have NO similar brush in my collection. It lays down color “precisely” in that outside corner of the hooded eye area, where I now have (unfortunately) mature eyes. This is so soft and yet sturdy enough to not move the skin while adding color to that outside corner. I am amazed nobody made a brush like this before. Thank you, Wayne!!!!
