Love this tinted moisturizer -- including the scent!

This is a very nice tinted moisturizer. I am struggling a bit with shade match -- 11.5 Warm Nutmeg is oddly too neutral/slightly gray on me, so I have to mix it with a warmer foundation to get the shade perfect--which is odd for a shade that leads with "warm." However, the product itself is gorgeous. I can't say that it's remarkably better than similar tinted moisturizers -- but for me, one of the main benefits of this product is the signature Tom Ford foundation scent.

The other reviewer hates the scent. But *all* Tom Ford foundations have a lavender scent, so it seems the reviewer's concern isn't specific to this product. And as for myself, I strongly prefer the herbal scent of lavender to the sickly floral scents of Chanel and several other luxury foundations. The lavender is what makes me look forward to using Tom Ford foundations. Thus, I think a 1-star rating on the grounds of the scent is a bit strange. The product itself is nice; the real question is, how comfortable are you with fragrance and specifically with this fragrance.

Extremely sickening scent. Holy cow.

I’m not one to complain about scents as I’m fine with it and not allergic. For example, Chanel foundations and makeup are notoriously scented and I’m fine with it. Anyway, this product reeks of lavender. It’s incredibly strong and feels like I’m applying a fragrance diffuser oil on my face. Upon researching through YT, I’ve found that it’s a common complaint that turns people off this product. :( Formulation isn’t anything to write about either. Such a shame.
