Concentrated Ginseng Renewing Eye Cream

Holy woah. I honestly thought the smell might've been mushrooms, but it's very earthy and it's actually not as bad as everyone things. It just doesn't smell like your grandma's skincare. I definitely plan on putting a few $$ aside to get this full-size into my life.

I have purchased so many eye creams in my life and...they don’t work. Beautylish put a sample in an order then sent me an email and asked if I liked the cream. I hadn’t tried it yet so with the urging, I did. And it works!

I’m almost done with the sample so I purchased the jar. It’s expensive yes. But man, the number of eye creams I have used and they NEVER work so to have a product that actually works, I’ll pay the price. And yes, it smells awful. :0]

I have been in search of a quality eye serum/cream to address my unsightly medically induced under eye bags. I have tried so many different eyes products; I feel like I am losing my mind 🤯. I have tried drugstore brands, medium to high end brands & everything in between. So, I received this as a goodie with my order & gave it a shot. Now, this eye cream did significantly reduced my under eye bags about 40%. It gives a light tingling sensation & feels hydrating. However, I just cannot get past the heavy ginseng scent. This is why I am only giving 3 🌟's. I believe with consistent use, my eye area would really improve, but the scent does not work for me. Thank you. Received a small sample size with my last order. First thing I noticed was the scent...it smells like those Asian Beetles. Not a pleasant odor in my opinion but holy smokes this stuff works. I've tried dozens of eye creams and none work as well as this. Unfortunately the $180 price tag is way out of my price range but if it's in your price range, I highly recommend.

Got a lovely sample in my last order. Thanks, Beautylish! I didn’t mind the smell. It felt great if a little heavy. But then it went from a tingle to stinging after repeat usage. So back to my La Mer Eye Concentrate. My sensitive skin strikes again.

I have sensitive skin and have reacted to one other eye cream in the last year (top brand). I had a similar reaction to this eye cream shortly after the first application. I did notice the smell that other reviewers reported but I figured it was ginsing (?) and although I didn't love it, I wasn't bothered by it. After applying a small amount as directed I continued with my normal routine until I felt an uncomfortable tightness and warming sensation under my right eye. When I glanced at it in the mirror I saw a patch of my upper cheekbone/under eye area had turned deep red and I felt like the area would spread where more of the eye cream was applied. I rinsed both eyes with cool water as I had spent 2 weeks trying to heal what I think are basically mild chemical burns under and around my eyes 8 or so months ago - thick, red, dry skin that isn't much releived by other creams. The reddnes didn't spread or stay past that evening. I won't use it again but it may be fine for you based on other reviewers experiences and your own skin sensitivity.

I got a sample of this & considering a full size. I noticed in the reviews some comments about the smell. I didn't even think of that till I read these. Tried noticing when I used it, but nothing really. I am allergic 2 a lot of fragrances, & this didn't bother me @ all. I just like the way my eyes feel. Never had the urge 2 touch my under eye after applying an eye product. Finding myself doing this often. Soaks in the right amount, doesn't feel greasy or waxy. Kinda like I dreamed the Caudalie Cru Eye Cream would be and isn't. (I think it is possible I got an old one? Rolls & peels, won't sink in) TMI but it is rare that I am taken enough w/ an eye cream that I'd consider a purchase.

Not a fan and I need eye cream like I need oxygen considering these bags I'm packing. The smell alone is enough to make you run for the hills but also I didn't see any sort of changes in my under eye...puffiness, dark circles, creepiness and fine lines still the same. All I can say is...I've had better

This eye cream is so wonderfully rich, yet it absorbs quickly and is perfectly suitable for daytime use. I just love the spicy, earthy, luxurious ginseng fragrance which really wakes me up in the morning. I have noticed a definite hydration boost to my under eye area, as well as a brightening and firming effect. This eye cream is a must during the colder months to keep your delicate eye area hydrated and healthy!

A tiny bit of this cream goes a long way, and I can see this jar lasting for a very long time.
