Not hydrating enough :(

Starting with the good bits first. The packaging is stunning and given how much it's rolled around in my bag plus my grimy hands, it still looks white and pristine. Also not lying about how delicious it tastes.

Really wanted to love this but it's somehow left my lips drier than they already are?? Maybe it's just me so if anyone's reading this, would really appreciate recommendations for a truly hydrating lip balm / oil (packaged in a tube) for these chapped, dehydrated lips
