What It Is

Jishaku #21: Mineral Buffer is a mineral buffing brush made with natural goat sokoho bristles. The extra-soft bristles have been optimized to lend even very sensitive or dry skin a polished, airbrushed look. Created by makeup artist Rae Morris in collaboration with master brushmakers in Japan.

How to Use It

Apply mineral powder foundation in a circular buffing motion. You can also use it to sweep highlighters all over the face.
