Pure pigment!

Red pencils have been the bane of my makeup journey. Sometimes too brown, too orange, too blue, but NSFW is the PERfect red pencil! Works perfectly with MAC's Ruby Woo lipstick. Literally the same color. Works on eyes and lips flawlessly! No feathering, no fuss, just pigment. I don't think there's a brand that does pencils like OCC. The Chroma line from MAC is almost on par with OCC but I'm still partial to OCC.

Great for controlling lip lines.

I love OCC's Liptars but hate when they sometime feather. This pencil puts a stop to it. It creates a fence around the bright pigments and keeps them contained. Love this pencil and will buy more.

Creamy and extremely pigmented.

I was so excited to try these, I love OCC and haven't had a bad product from them yet.

Pool Boy is a very intense sky blue and is very pigmented with great payoff. It's super creamy too so you can't really go wrong as there's no drag like other pencils that can sometimes be too hard.

Definitely worth the money and I can see these becoming a new obsession for me!

Hard and dried.

I wasn't impressed at all. I don't know if I got a bad apple or what happened. I went to use this liner and it was very hard. I first tried this on my lips for a base with my lip tar. This didn't go on my lips good at all. The pencil was dry. It was hard to apply on my lips. I feel that if I were to even attempt to put this on my eyes it would hurt.

Super soft and intensely pigmented.

I've written a review on these before, but felt like I had to write one just for Black Dahlia.

It goes perfectly with the lip tar, but the pencil is pigmented enough to wear on its own if you wanted. Unlike some deeper lip pencils, this one gives you an even, fully opaque colour.

This doesn't drag on the lips at all, which for me is super important when I'm trying to rock a dark lip, I don't want any uneven edges or anything making the application any harder!

Pigment FTW!

You can't beat OCC pencils. The pigment is true to advertisement. No layering required to get desired pigment. Works well on eyes, lips, and face! Pool Boy is all I need for a complete eye look! Can't get enough of these pencils.

Decent

I was very disappointed with how dry this pencil is. I tried applying it on my eyes and I basically rubbed my eyes raw. It's not creamy enough to wear on the eyes, but you could still do some great lip and face looks with it!

Decent

It's a nice color and it works well on the lips, but it's not creamy enough to apply on the eyes. I can't use this on my waterline cause it's too hard and my eye just hurts after putting it on. And I don't get much color. As a lip liner and face pencil it's great!

Gorgeous

This color is amazing! It's a great lip liner and it absolutely does what it should! The downside to this pencil and all other OCC pencils is that they aren't creamy enough to apply on the eyes easily.

Really creamy and easy to apply, great for lining lips and filling them up, i also used it on a red/black smokey eye and it blended perfectly with the black, overall really easy to blend and a really beautiful color to use as a full lip 👏🏻👏🏻
