Caution: Very Sexy!

The smell of Flying Fox is almost intoxicating when you first smell it. Maybe a little strong. But trust me, Once you use it you're skin will smell the the slightest bit heavenly. The scent is uplifting and peaceful ant the same time. Blissful! Wash with is before a first date, it will put you and your date at ease. I promise!

Cleanses well

I purchased "It's Raining Men" after so much hype on the internet. I love love love the scent of "Honey I Washed the Kids", Im just not a huge fan of bar soap. So I waited months for "Its Raining Men" shower gel to come back out on the shelves (since I missed it the last time it was out). I think the soap cleanses very well without drying out my skin, and HEY... that is what soap is supposed to do. But I dont think the scent is as strong as the barred soap "Honey I Washed the Kids". I was really hoping that the shower gel would smell as good while in the shower... and I was kinda hoping that it would last on my skin (even though I was told it wouldnt). The sales girl told me I could use the shower gel as a shampoo... and maybe even a little in the wash (so this way maybe the smell would cling to me). I have used it as a shampoo... but Im not a huge fan. I have color treated hair and I want my color to last (so I will stick w/ my color treated shampoo... haha). I have yet to use it in the wash b/c I am afraid the washer will over flow with bubbles (like something you would see in the movies). Overall LUSH has some really fantastic products... and the shower gel is on the top of my list. They just need to make a lotion and perfume that smell like honey and toffee-fudge... and I would purchase that in a second. I do think that they are a bit on the pricier side... but they are organic and "handmade" so they can charge that.

Amazing scent!

This shower gel contains the scent of jasmine, ylang, cypress and palmarosa. I love the smell of jasmine, and also the smell of honey…so this is perfect for me. It reminds me very much of the Godiva shampoo bar, which also had a jasmine scent to it. The scent is so relaxing and is great for aromatherapy and stress-relief. What I love most about this shower gel is that you can actually smell it on your skin for a while when you get out of the shower. Usually, that is the main gripe I have with a lot of body wash or soaps that I use…the smell just fades away. Needless to say, I was sniffing my arm a lot after I first used it. haha! Unfortunately, its a little bit pricey (which is the only downside). Its totally worth it though, in my opinion, especially if you love jasmine scents as much as I do!
