My new favorite Palette!

After reading some reviews online I too was concerned that the formulas wouldn't have any payoff and be difficult to work with. But the colors looked so fun that I took the risk and bought it and I'm so glad I did. The colors are SO pretty. They aren't super vivid with the first application but they are very buildable, which I prefer, as you have more control over how bold you want to go. Plus they are great applied with your finger. I also love that you can go from a peachy/ brown look, to a bold blue look, to a neon look all, from one palette. If you like the colors I say go for it, it's such a great price! (here's a photo of me wearing the limelight/sunburst)

Overall a beautifully simple palette

Like so many people I probably have way more makeup than I actually need, so when I buy new eyeshadow palettes I want there to be a solid color story, along with versatility in what I can do.

I want to look at a palette and be inspired by the colors and the packaging. And this whole collection had me at go.

This palette screams beach get-aways and tropical fun. The mattes lovely and worked quite well for me. Blended nicely and played well with others and didn't turn into a muddy mess. The only reason I have taken off a star is the beautiful metallics, well are pigmented, they like a lot of metallics I've used, are not completely brush friendly and I find that applying with your finger first and used a dense packing brush to help move it into small corners for more precision.

Also, the simply stunning teal is a bit on the sheer side, HOWEVER! This might just be because of my skin tone, as I am fair and have a cool/neutral undertone. So I don't want to discredit this palette on something that might be solely on me.

Overall I love this collection to bits, I just wish the metallic lips it comes with looked better on me!

Love it!

To be honest I was really surprised by the one star review. My palette is beautiful and pigmented I have no issue what so ever with it. The shadows aren't dry or flaky. The shimmers are to die for. I have been using it steadily since I got it about 4 days after the inital launch and I have no problem whatsoever with it. I have extremely oily lids and shadows, if not made right, will cake up and crumble after 5-6 hours of wear and this stays on beautifully throughout the day without fading or looking cheap. This has been my quick grab go to palette for simple everyday eye looks as well as vibrant looks on the weekends.

NO NO NO JUS NO!

This is by far the worst palette I've ever purchased. It swatches horribly and on the eyes omg, might as well be nonexistent. My finger swatches I rubbed alot b4 swatchin onto my arm. The mattes r the worst! In my pic theres 9 swatches but ya cant tell. When I tried on my eyes I dipped, swirled and dug like crazy to find like nothing on my brush. The swatches jouer is showing everyone are a joke. Save ur money dont waste it on this garbage. N if u must get a jouer palette I recommend the skinny dip palette and the making magic palette. Palette was so bad I couldnt even stand to finish my eyes, i had to take the shadow all off. I ordered this off jouers website n its def goin back.
