I'm a pale person with pale pink lips and #16 is a great pinky nude for me that doesn't make me look washed out.
I like this pencil under a lip balm for a quick, natural-looking lip. I also like this as a lip liner under pretty much any pinky nude lipstick. Plus because the pencil tip is larger than your average lip liner but smaller than a "lip stylo" (like from Hourglass), this makes a perfect liner for someone like me that doesn't want to spend more than 3 seconds lining lips.
This is probably my favorite lip product from Inglot. It is matte but doesn' dry out lips that much and it stays on veeeery long. The range of colors is also very nice. There are very pretty nudy pinks and stronger colors like hot pink or reds. They are very pigmented so you can go for a very strong lip or use only a little for a softer look. The pencil is very handy as you can have your lip liner and lipstick in just one pencil.
It is not as white as on the photo
No. 14 has a little more pink that the photo. I am a couple of shades deeper than the light toned model but this colour did not make me look too dead nor did it make my teeth look yellow. For reference, Inglot Beautifier 102 and 104 are better matches for me. Perfect for when I want a smoky eyes and pale lips look. If you own Hourglass I Wish, this is a tad cooler but similar depth of colour.
Application is easy and it comes with its own sharpener. It glides on even on some dry patches without looking too obvious but of course it is best to not have dry patches. Matte but still moisturising enough for me to not reach for a lip balm. Colour is buildable.
It stayed on until I ate/ drank something and wiped my mouth.
Lip Photos do not match product
I really love this product. I am, however, disappointed that the products I received look nothing on me like the photos above. I think the products is sheered out and glossed over in the photos. This makes it difficult to select the correct shade.
