True Skin Serum Foundation

I wasn’t very impressed with this foundation! I watched a video of Michele Wang reviewing this foundation and I thought I would give this a try, I normally go to Michele videos as she has the same skin tone as me, soon as I started to put this on I knew I wasn’t a fan. I normally prefer a glowy foundation and this looked more matte and powdery. I did use a little bit of powder to set the foundation and in the video Michele didn’t . It hard to buy blind as I don’t think we have this brand in Australia. Very disappointing

I love this foundation. I am an older women (50), so most foundations settle in all my lines and wrinkles. I also have very dry skin. This is the only foundation I have found that does not dry my skin out or settle in my wrinkles. I am into natural looking makeup. This is a medium coverage foundation and not really buildable beyond that. Plus this a serum foundation and actually improves your skin over time. This is my second bottle and won't be my last.

I am in my 40s and have slightly dry, dehydrated skin. For me, this is much better than the Westman Atelier foundation - it is more hydrating and gives the skin a lovely glow.

This foundation is absolute perfection. It goes on and wears so beautifully and is great for your skin. I'm a foundation junkie with tons of high and lower end and this is my top pick and has been for quite some time.

The finish of this foundation is absolutely beautiful. I love that it is lightweight and looks very natural on the skin. It does not provide much coverage but still helps even out my skin tone. It is not patchy on my dry skin and stays on all day. I highly recommend this foundation, especially for people with dry skin who do not need much coverage.

This foundation works well for me. I have normal but mature skin. It evens my skin tone and gives long lasting medium coverage, and does not settle too badly into my lines and wrinkles. It feels Like it hydrated and looks good on my skin. I would recommend it. It’s lightweight, but a bit pricey. I like to wait and get it during their end-of the-year, 20% future credit event,

I’ve just been having bad luck with foundations lately and nothing quite gives me the luminous skin look with a perfect color match and sometimes the formula could be a bit too thick. I’ve been eyeing this foundation for months now very hesitant but I decided to bite the bullet and give it a whirl. I’m extremely happy I did. This foundation lays on my skin like radiant dewy butter but it doesn’t move around or look wet after it sets it just gives the skin a beautiful healthy glow which is all I was looking for. Coverage wise it’s def a sheet to medium foundation and for me I’m fine with that. I’ve left the full coverage life in April when I turned 28 lol. My skin just looks smoother and textured seems blurred as well. I’m obsessed and will be purchasing more Ilia products.

Beautiful finish...like a second skin but better! Color is gorgeous neither too warm or too cool!❤️

This is the best foundation I have ever used. Glowy but not greasy. Evens out imperfections without looking artificial. Looks good in daylight. The only thing I will say is don’t use too much silicone/pore filling primer with it. Also probably not the best decision for someone who is oily.

This was referred to me by a Beauty influencer she was right, the foundation glides on seamlessly, hides imperfections, is not heavy at all, gives your skin a natural radiant glow. And it does not have all the icky chemicals inside. Lasts all day too.
