At the Avenue Five runway show, I had the opportunity not only to send a model down the runway, but to be one of the models sent down as well. So, here I am, all done up, getting my model done up.

(Not the best pic, but I'll get more up once they start appearing on the internet.) This was my first time doing hair professionally on public display. Cut/dye/style etc was done by me. The makeup was a totally phenomenal team effort, but unfortunately you can't really tell from this shot.

I was so in love with this cut/color when I initially did it, it was just as vibrant in person as it is in this photo. The black ombre was just black hair dye that had grown out in addition to avoiding bleaching the tips. Super super easy.

One of my favorite manicures I've done, inspired by Chopper from 'One Piece'. I didn't have the right shade of pink, so I had to mix two and topped it all off with a matte coat.

This mani was done for an event I gogo'd at that had an 'enchanted forest' theme-- my outfit was a dark forest nymph (I wish I had photos, it looked awesome), and this is what I came up with to go along with that.

This was the aftermath of a chelsea hawk I had for ages (white bangs, teal hawk, brown sides). I might upload that cut/style when it was in it's prime, but in retrospect I like this better. This was around 2008 or so.

(Sorry for the poor quality, camera is dead so a webcam will have to do for now.) I know this isn't a big deal to most people, but I've struggled for ages with getting lipstick to look solid and sharp, so I generally never wore it because of that fear. Well, I got over it, and it was super easy! I didn't even have to use liner, I just made sure my foundation was very solid and sharp around the edges of my lips and applied the lipstick very carefully and topped it with a tinted gloss. The rest of my makeup is pretty blah here imo, but I'm super stoked about finally getting lips right. c:
