FABULOUS!
These brushes are amazing. I thought there would be a learning curve with them since they work off of a different application philosophy than the brushes I had before (for reference, they are E.L.F. brushes, specifically the black $3 ones). However, after one use I really felt comfortable with them and my eyeshadow looks have NEVER looked this polished before. I don't technically /need/ more brushes than what this set has, but I just bought three from the line so that some brushes from the set don't have to pull double duty (though they can) and so that I can apply blush a bit more like I am used to doing.
The removal of one star is mainly for that last reason. The brush that is in this set that can be used for blush was definitely easy to use and I had amazing results from it, but it was also a bit easy for me to lose control of placement of color. I am /very/ fair skinned (not quite so fair skinned as a natural red head, though close) so any time blush is too strong or misplaced really stands out. Fortunately, Wayne's line does have a couple brushes that could take care of this and experience with the brush in this set led me to the one that I would not have picked prior to its use. My one complaint about my E.L.F. (and other previous) blush brushes was that they didn't blend the edges of blush out well, but I think Wayne's 13 brush will better do that while not over-concentrating color where the brush first touches my cheek or causing me to need to swirl that color out too far to diffuse it.
