Its summer and all of you guys want to have a beautiful and attractive body! my daily exercise routine lasts 60 minutes. I do 20 minutes different exercises for toning all my body such as abs workout,squats and exercises with 2 weights like the photo! after this I do 40 minutes walking and running for burning fats! Then I reward myself with a glass of orange juice! work on it
