Hi Victoria, I believe IT Cosmetics is not offred in Sephora. Awhile back, I got the palette from IT Cosmetics website at 32$ when they were having 25% off. Hope that helps.

Hello Crystal, Nope they are matte shadows. But, just for a reference, to me it feels much more softer and velvety than the matte shadows in Lorac Pro. Not at all chalky like some other matte shadows. Hope that helps!
